After owning a host of RS Ford's Andy wanted a more reliable car to replace his previous Mk4 Escort RS Turbo. After owning a another Mk5 RS2000 a few years ago Andy knew exactly what to look for in finding an excellent example.

Ford chose the 'I4' 8 valve DOHC engine as the base for the RS2000 engine. They then fitted a newly developed 16 valve cylinder head, resulting in the engine producing 150bhp.
